Disabling Sys Tray Icons

Is there any way to get rid of the Windows sys-tray icons from the Mac's menu bar?

These serve no use to me at all as I (a) never use them in Windows in the first place; (b) even if I did I'd use the ones provided by Windows; (c) my menu bar is crowded enough as it is without more clutter.

Any suggestions would be appreciated...

Please go to menu Virtual Machine->Configure, Coherence tab and uncheck Show Windows system tray icons.
