Disappearing Windows in Coherence Mode on Snow Leopard

I've been searching this on the Internet but haven't been able to find anyone with a similar problem.

Basically what's happened is this. After upgrading to Snow Leopard, I've started noticing that the windows for my Windows XP applications running in Coherence mode will vanish after they been idling for a while. I can still see the icon in the Dock. Clicking on that icon brings up the Parallels menu bar, but I don't see the application window at all. I know the application is running, because when I switch to full screen mode, the application is there. And then when I switch back to Coherence mode the Window now becomes visible, but then vanishes again after a period of inactivity.

Does anyone know what's going on here? It's not a major problem but a bit of nuisance if I have to keep switching to full screen mode just to get the window back.

I have a similar problem but when clicking a button to minimize a windows of XP in a coherence mode it just disappear and do not minimize to the Dock like Mac's window and I still see the icon of the application in the dock.

so if any one can help in this problem also to bring back the feature of minimizing the the window to the dock.

Nb. in the version 5 it works , but in this version 6.0.11994 every thing works fine just this problem of minimizing the windows in the Coherence mode.
