Display Artifacts During Client Use

    Over the last couple of years of working with Parallels, we have an infrequent issue with display artifacts that is almost always resolved by logging out of all sessions and back into whatever app the client was using. This happens maybe a couple of times quarterly and the issue is resolved long term via a logout of the sessions. However, recently I have a couple of users that are affected by this 10+ times per day every day. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on a potential fix for this. I have tried altering some of the display settings in Parallels, but nothing seems to have had an effect.

    When this occurs, do the users also have issues with keyboard input? Just curious.
