Do *not* add a menu bar item without asking

I absolutely *hate* that Parallels Toolbox is added to my menu bar without my permission. That is *not* where apps go. Apps go in the Launchpad, and in the Dock if I choose to add them. Please update so that I can remove the menubar icon.
