Do not show modal window asking to upgrade if there are guest VMs that have a delayed start

When I launch Parallels Desktop automatically via Mac startup preferences, it seems to automatically check for a Parallels upgrade without any regard for any VMs that may have a delayed start enabled. By showing a modal window, you are preventing the thread from continuing and allowing the delayed starts to occur. This is quite annoying as I have no idea when an update may be available. I'm not saying to NOT display the form, just put it on a separate thread or make it non-modal.
