Dock and Menu Bar flashing/blinking on Mojave (10.14.1) with PD 14.1 (45387)

Dear members,
I'm running Windows 10 Pro VM (1809 version) on PD 14.1 (45387). My rig: Macbook Pro 17 Late 2011 (core i7-2760QM), 8GB or RAM, 512GB SSD Samsung. Firstly, while running High Sierra, in this machine, all perfect! But once upgraded to Mojave, every time I start Win10 VM - same PVM file, but I've tried a new/fresh vm install too - my menu bar and dock starts to blink. Doesn't matter if I'm using dark or light macOS theme. My VM are configured with 4GB or RAM and Auto display settings (but I've tried 256 or 512MB, DX9/DX10/None, without changing results). With this blink (d)effect, the performance is far worst too.

Hi @LaerteM, can you please create a video recording of this behavior where you send a technical data report in the end (via Help menu > Send Technical Data...).
