dock icon menu window selector for application

I have three monitors, I like to run parallels maximised in the middle monitor, but not always, I would like an easy way to click on a dock icon and then specify the monitor/desktop the application is to appear on- say display 1,2 or 3, note - this is for all dock app icons, not just parallels or running ones. So I get to launch to a chosen monitor too... I have recently used an app that did this (slate I think) but have since repaved my Mac to revert to Sierra and install parallels and win10 pro, and have lost this functionality. Hope you can help. Would be nice if you had a word to symless too about their multiple pc one keyboard/mouse solution too...
