I upgraded from 2.5 build 3214 to 3.0 build 4560 this evening. Unlike my first experience with upgrading to 3, this one went smoothly. However, now, each time I login, and during the loading of the startup apps like Quicksilver, iClip, etc, the Dock is restarted. This wasn't happening prior to the Parallels 3 upgrade. Anyone else seeing this?

Nevermind. Looks like LiteSwitch X is the culprit. I loaded it a couple of days ago, and just didn't notice the Dock restarting (don't reboot much). Apparently it's part of LiteSwitch X remapping the Command-Tab keystroke. When I disable LiteSwitch X, the Dock doesn't restart.
