I am on the latest of Parallels 18.3, and Toolbox 6.5.0. I am on a MacBook Pro M2 Max, Ventura 13.4, also the current version of MacOS. But for some time, the CPU Temperature applet shows no values for CPU Temps, they just show as '--'. Is there a fix for this that I missed? Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I tested your case locally and did not encounter an issue.

    Try reinstalling Parallels Toolbox.

If the issue persists please collect a technical report Parallels Toolbox icon > Help > Send Technical Report.

I sent a report, I hope it does some good. Sometimes it reports 0 degrees, sometimes it reports over 200 degrees on an idle machine. How thoroughly did you test it, and for how long?

    Hello,
This is not an issue in the product, it's done by design. Learn more in https://kb.parallels.com/129572:

According to our tests, we noticed that from time to time the Mac sensors indeed reported a temperature of 4-8°C in the idle state, so the tool showed the values given by the Mac sensors. As of now Parallels Toolbox shows the "--" value when CPU/GPU temperature is 8 degrees or lower to avoid possible confusion from our customers.
