Does 'Parallels' work well with 'ActiveSync' & 'Outlook'

I've given up on 'PocketMac Pro', as duplication in Calendar is rife alongwith many other random issues, so am buying 'Parallels'. I have to synchronise a Mobile Windows 5 device by T-Mobile (MDA Compact 111). Has anyone experienced any syncing issues and if so are there any major problems I need to be aware of before I go ahead & depart with major cash to buy all the prerequisite software!

I have no problems with Activesync other than setting my HTC Wizard ( I think the same as your badged version) to USB syncing rather than network syncing.

Works fine.
