Dolby Lake Controller 4.2

Has anyone had any luck running Dolby Lake Controller 4.2 under Parallels 3.0 (4128)? No matter how high I set the VRAM, upon launch, I get an error message that the application requires at least 16 Mb of VRAM to run. If I enable DirectX, it won't run at all (just hangs at launch).

MacBook Pro 17" 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM

XP Pro running from BootCamp installation.
