DONT switch change the keyboards when switching from VM back to macOS

    OMG! This is so anoyying.
    I have CZECH keyboard in macOS.
    Then I have several VMs. All in English with English keyboard only.

    When I swith from macOS to VM, keyboard is changed EN... OK. What else.
    When switching back to macOS. It stays in EN.
    But I want the macOS to keep CZ keyboard.
