Downgrading

I recently upgraded to Parallels 3.0 build 5582 then to build 5584 today. Since then, my NeatReceipts USB device has not been working properly. Specifically, the application that uses it keeps crashing. I don't have any proof that the upgrade caused it, but I would like to downgrade to the build just prior to 5582 to see if things return to working order. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

I've had to downgrade back down to build 5160 after trying a later build because I've found that the later build does not let me play DVD movies properly -- the picture is really screwed up if I use a newer build version after build 5160. I'm currently using Mac OS X 10.4.11, Windows XP with Parallels 3.0 build 5160. Using PowerDVD 4 for watching DVD movies under windows. BTW, I cannot seem to get other programs (like Windows Media Player or Real Player) to play DVD movies. PowerDVD seems to only work for me when playing DVDs.

Based only on this (and I could be wrong) but I'm guessing that later versions may benefit Vista users more than XP users? The later version that I tried doesn't seem to benefit me at least in being able to play DVDs.

Anyways, I've found that all I have to do is just to install the older build 5160 version over the newer version and then while in windows it should install Parallel Tools that I guess (?) is specific to build 5160.
 
maybe someone else or maybe one of the official parallels people will advise on where to download the prior builds. probably too late now, but may be best to keep one's own personal copies of the update builds for just in case of a bad install or some sort of incompatibility issue.
