Downloaded Parallels and nothing works

I downloaded parallel on my mac and i cant open anything in the program or click anything within windows. Not icons, nothing... cant even open device manager or anything. Need help asap and cannot find a number to call.

could you provide us with the screenshot of the issue please?
Did you use your old VM or just install a new Windows virtual machine?
