Drag and Drop not working for OS X Lion Guest OS

Ok so when I have OS X Lion installed as a guest OS. I can not drag files out of the pva and to the main desktop.

Is this by design or just not working correctly.

Yes Parallels Tools have been installed

No something is wrong, I just tried it on mine and it worked.... although it was a little buggy admittedly.
