Using Parallels 15.1.2 and Catalina 10.15.1, I cannot use drag-drop from Windows 10 Explorer to Safari to upload files to a website I manage. I can drag-drop from Windows Explorer to Finder but not to Safari (at least on this website). Parallels is set to have full disk access in System Preferences/Privacy. Similarly I cannot drag-drop from Explorer to Safari on a Facebook post, so the issue is tied to Safari/Catalina, not the website. I can drag-drop from Finder.
This problem has only arisen since the upgrade to Catalina.
    Any ideas?

Hi, did you reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue?

Yes I have done that, the problem remains. The on-screen indication shows a folder image being dragged but when you release the mouse nothing happens. I have found a similar issue with drag-drop on to a screen connect program (screenconnect.com) running under OSX which previously allowed me to upload files to a remote computer using drag-drop. I can drag-drop fromo Explorer to Finder OK.
Further tests show drag-drop of an image to Office 365 PowerPoint or Word does not work from Windows Explorer to Office 365 on OSX, but works to Office 365 on the VM. I cannot drag/drop files to OSX Mail, but have to attach using Finder. Before Catalina I could simply drag/drop from Explorer in the VM to OSX apps such as mail and Safari.

Using right click/Copy in Explorer, a selected file can then be pasted into OSX Mail, just cannot drag-drop. Similarly I can copy a file in Explorer and paste into Word on OSX using CMD-V or Edit/Paste eg a JPG image) but cannot drag-drop.

This is still a problem, sometimes copy/paste works, other times it doesn't. Works more often from My Documents, but not from the shared Dropbox on Mac folder. Parallels tools, Parallels toolbox and DropBox apps all have full disk access under the security settings. Drag-drop from windows explorer used to work but doesn't work from any source now.
Much of the convenience and seamless integration running Windows under Parallels has been lost as I now have to use the mail paperclip icon to add an attachment, or drag/frop in Finder, which is less convenient. Similarly I can't drag/drop pictures into Word under Office 365 for Mac.
Please fix this as soon as possble.

Having similar problems. Drag and drop and cut and paste worked until recently. At some point among the latest rush of updates to Parallels 15.1.2 itself, and Catalina 10.15.3, and Windows Build 18363.657, Windows became isolated (even though that option is *not* checked in the configuration). I don't see any obvious setting that has gone wrong.

As at 18 Feb 2020, with OSX Catalina 10.15.3, Parallels Toolbox 3.8.0-2100, Parallels 15.1.2 (47123), Windows 10 Enterprise version 1909 build 18363.657 and Parallels and Parallels Desktop set to allow full disk access, Share Mac Folders with Windows: I can drag-drop from a message in OSX mail to Windows Explorer, but not vice versa - I have to use the Attach File (via paper clip icon) and select the file in Explorer if I want to send it. I can use Right click Copy in Explorer and Right click Paste in OSX Mail and the file is pasted into the message. So the problem is all about Drag-Drop from Windows to OSX applications.
I can drag a file from Finder to Explorer and from Explorer to Finder.
In a Safari web page that supports drag-drop of files to upload, I cannot drag a file from Explorer to Safari and have it upload. An application from Screenconnect.com that used to allow me to drag-drop files from Explorer into the target machine window to send a file also does not work.
So there is still a problem with drag-drop that works one way and not the other. This detracts from the value of Parallels as a platform for virtual machines.
