I'm trying to install DNS preferred 10 onto my Parallels Windows XP virtual machine - I have turned off the virus software but always get the same error message halfway through the installation - see screen shot attached.

I bought DNS as download package from Nuance website as a an upgrade package to DNS Preferred 8 (which loads just fine on the virtual Windows XP machine)

Any ideas why this is happening??

do you have any type of virus software running?

Have you tried to 'click start -- shut down -- then let it shut down all the way and restart in parallels' Ensure all virus software is temporarily disabled.

Also - ensure you have the latest parallels patch applied (Help - check for updates)
 
Try to disable shared profile before installing, if problem is still there, please redownload package, it seems to be corrupted in that case
