Dream weaver issue

    Within Dream weaver the mouse curser on the windows side is black and not white like it is within the rest of MS Windows. Has anyone seen this before?

    I am working within a black back ground and the black curser makes things difficult

    I am running 3188, my tools are installed, and everything else is fine.

    Is this a Dream Weaver issue? Please advise.
