We have this issue on several workstations, running XP:
When printing, the "duplex" options are dithered out. Even if the Windows print driver is configured to print duplex/long-edge binding, these settings are ignored. Instead, it prints single sided. We have 'duplexer installed' indicated on the print driver, but this info doesn't seem to be sent to the 2X servers universal printer.
The printer is a networked Kyocera KM-2560. In 2X Console, Universal Printing is enabled. And in the client settings Connection Properties-> Local resources is checked.
Any thoughts?
