I can't edit (crop; resize) pictures in MS Outlook and my "Insert" toolbar is limited to only inserting pictures. I can't insert tables; shapes; text box, etc. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook.

Doesn't seem to be Parallels related but try to reinstall Parallels Tools to be sure: http://kb.parallels.com/en/4841

Thanks, Andrew. Have uninstalled and installed Parallel Tools several times. Still not able to add images or shapes or tables in Outlook emails. The option is grayed out in Outlook.
