Eliminate OSX running application window minimization.

When switching between Parallels and another running OSX application, and upon quitting Parallels, open OSX application window sizes are compressed and have to be re-sized back to their normal size.

It would be nice if Parallels behaved like other OSX applications and did not affect other open OSX windows.

In Parallels preferences, user interface, uncheck "Allow to change OSX screen resolution"
