As there doesn't appear to be an alternate email address to which to write, I'd like to report that email support registration failed for me in both Firefox and IE. No matter how many times I clicked to send or re-send the email to finish the email support registration process, no email was received. Thus I could not complete registration. I'll submit my issue in a subsequent post.
