hi team, apologies if I missed any related previous discussions.
I have installed parallels on my Mac (M3 chip), and I also have a licensed origin lab installed on the virtual machine. I am trying to open some origin lab plots embedded in PPT slides, but when I click the plots I get the following message:
"The server application, source file, or item can't be found, or returned an unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application."
I would really like to be able to open and edit embedded plots in originlab, but unable to do so. I am able to open origin lab files on mac using parallel desktop otherwise.
Please advice!
