Empty Device Manager Window after update to 5560

Hi,
after installing Parallels Desktop for Mac my Device Manager in Windows XP is an empty window. I reinstalled the Parallels tools but without solving this problem. Is there any idea for help?

Solved - It was a problem of XP SP3 with Norton Internet Security!
