Enable Parallels Keyboard mapping when runing windows 10 boot camp not from Mac Os

    Hi
    is there any way to get the Paralles keyboard mapping to work under windows 10 boot camp when Windows is not started from Paralles?
    What i am looking for is to be able to use cmd+C ... not ctrl+c
