Apple has documented this feature on Ventura: https://developer.apple.com/documen...ning_intel_binaries_in_linux_vms_with_rosetta.

AFAIK, UTM has supported this feature. It would be ideal for Parallels to add this function as cross-architecture-compile is much needed on Linux. Rosetta's performance is also ideal compared to other alternatives of code translation on Linux, since Parallels is also utilising Apple's virtualisation framework now.
