    Hi,

One of my users has parallels installed. All was apperently well, until recently he started parallels and its not prompting him to walk through the initial setup wizard (even though he had a virtual machinine already defined).

Where would I find the original VM files on his mac? I want to confirm they are still there. And what can I do to fix it? (I'm guessing an import of some kind) ?

    Sorry - I'm a windows/vmware user rather than Mac/Parallels..

    Adrian

    Hello, Adrian!

Parallels VM consists of two main files: one of them is .PVS, the other one is .HDD. You can use Finder to find these .HDD files (search them). The default path to the VM folders is: Documents-Parallels,

    Best regards,
    John
