Have been attempting to reinstall Parallels Toolbox for Mac. Attempts to install then comes up error code 0 513 and stops.

I am sorry, but I am unable to enable log messages and collect a technical report because Parallels Toolbox has somehow been deleted and therefore the Toolbox icon cannot be accessed.
