Error loading Parallels Startup Script?

I noticed that my MacBook Pro was taking forever to startup, so I checked my system.log file in Console.app to find that there is some issue loading the Parallels StartupItem located in /Library/StartupItems/Parallels. Here is the text of my console log:
kernel[0]: Parallels Workstation Hypervisor started.
kernel[0]: Parallels Workstation VMM Main driver started.
kernel[0]: com_parallels_kext_Pvsvnic: Ethernet address 00:01:23:45:67:89
SystemStarter[44]: Parallels VirtualMachine drivers (83) did not complete successfully
SystemStarter[44]: The following StartupItems failed to properly start:
SystemStarter[44]: /Library/StartupItems/Parallels
SystemStarter[44]: - execution of Startup script failed

Any idea as to what is happening? Parallels seems to be running fine, it's just the long delay at startup that is bothering me.

Me too...

I'm also seeing this error and would like to hear about a solution. Networking in parallels is also unreliable for me, and I'm experiencing some Kernel Panics too, which I suspect may be related to Parallels.

I also have this after a fresh install of Tiger 10.4.7 and parallels

Any input from the tech support on this issue? I'm running the beta update you just released.

Thanks,

Edward
