Please help!!!! I have paid my 29.99 fee and cannot get through to Parallels. I have an error message saying that these exact words Virtual machine cannot be started because of the following problem: Parallels Desktop is unable to access the virtual hard disk image file /Users/bernardorodriguez/Library/Parallels/Microsoft Windows XP/winxp.hdd. The file is used by other application. now I tried the solution posted online and it has not worked does anyone have any recommendations and how do I get through to parallels.
