I receive the suggestion to compress my hard disc file, but when I do so I receive this message:
The disk is corrupt or has snapshots. Delete the snapshots and try again. If the problem persists, contact the Parallels support team for assistance.
I could not find any snapshots nor is my hard disc corrupt (insofar as Windows is working fine).
Note that the hard disc file is in the contents of a previous experimental installation of Windows 7 rather than the Windows 7 system I am using but i have no idea how to switch it from one package content to the other and everytning is working fine other than the compression issue.
So, I am requesting assistance from the Parallels support team (or anyone else who has suggestions for solving the problem).
Thanks for any help
