this is Enzo90910. Had to change my account.
Sorry to have taken this long to create the ticket. Here it is: #721172.
I have attached a CrashReport of the Dispatcher Service. It seems to crash every single time it's launched. Problem is reproductible on the last version of both Desktop 4 and OS X. Threads I've read pointed to the corruption of a network configuration file like /etc/hosts but I haven't been able to find a file that looked corrupt on my system.
