    Hello,

I have change my system and use Sabayon Linux amd64 14.01. I install the 2X Client by RPM File and get this message when I try to start the client:

    ยง ./appserverclient
./appserverclient: error while loading shared libraries: libesd.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I am not able to find the libesd file on my system.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

    Thanks

There is no package 32-bit esound.

I have been ask in the sabyon forum and get this answer:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enlightened_Sound_Daemon

ESD was maintained as part of the GNOME project, but as of April 2009, all ESD modules in GNOME have been ported to libcanberra for event sounds or GStreamer/PulseAudio for everything else.[1]
PulseAudio 2.0 completely drops ESounD support.
