Hello I had to reinstall Parallels 13 on my 2015 Mac Powerbook Retina 15:. Now Windows is too small, icons and type. I searched the knowledgebase and it said to got to Configuration/Hardware/Graphics and select 'Scaled' but there is no change. I rebooted Windows several times and it is always tiny now. I also reinstalled the tools but no difference there either. Any suggestions?

The likely reason is that the resolution is too high, and the scaling is set to 100%. Please try to change it, and check if it can resolve the issue.
Depending on your Windows operating system, please check the resolution and Scaling settings on Windows in scaled mode: Right-click on the Windows desktop -> Display(Screen Resolution).
If that is not the case, please collect an additional technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us the report's 9-digit ID.
