Example Task Sequence

Hi,

I'm new to using Parallels for the management of captuing and deploying Mac OS X images. Wondering if anyone would be willing to share some screen shots or documentation they've got of some Task Sequences that create a base image (or reference image) and then the capture of the image using a Task Sequence.
