Execute command in guest OS on resume

Parallels Tools should have an option to execute a command (e.g. batch file, script, etc.) after a VM is resumed from suspended state.

For example, I have a windows script that sets network/proxy settings that runs on bootup. I would like to re-execute it when I resume the windows guest OS from the suspended state.

I believe that I have seen similar functionality in other VM software (either VPC or VMWare), but can't recall when/where.
