Exiting Full Screen Mode Parallels on Wondows 7 with Wondows ShortCut Keys

Hi everyone,
I am running Parallels on a Mac with a Windows 7 OS. Originally, I would be able to minimize the full screen window when I would press control + command + f. However, now it seems that the Windows 7 shortcut keys are enabled, so when I press control + command + F, it opens a Find window in my Windows. I am using a standard apple keyboard. I want to access my Mac OS and be able to minimize the Windows virtual machine. Anyone have any tips? I feel like I have tried everything
