I am using Parallels 9, latest build on an early 2013 Macbook Pro Retina.
I have been using Windows 8.1 since its release on Parallels. It gets 4GB ram and 2 CPUs.
Some weeks back I noticed that I could no longer open control panel.
This week explorer restarts every 10 seconds or so and the whole system has become unusable.
This also happens in safe mode.
