Export only 2 gig

Hi.I wonder how I can export a video more than 2 gig.
Because when I'm editing a video and try to export it get an error message.
I think that it is configured as FAT32.

How can i change my system to NTF?

Someone can help me fix this? Or the Parallels for Mac is like Fat32?
