export virtualmachine (windows xp) file and application

hello,

i want to format my macosx tiger for install macosx leopard. Now in tiger i have installed parallel 3.0 with windows xp virtual machine.

I want to export my virtual machine on the new so without reinstalling windows and other windows applications.

In th document/paralles/ forlder there is "Myvirtualmachineforder"
I can copy this folder and paste this folder in the new installation of parallel on the new osx, it will works?
