I haven't seen this mentioned on these forums but if so I apologize for repeating....

Expose works fine even in the full screen mode of Parallels. Make sure that there is a hot corner set in OS X preferences. Go into Parallels full screen mode. Move to the hot corner and you can select an OS X program that is running without losing the view of the windows application. Currently, I have safari open and visible at the same time that MS Word, windows version is open, both in full screen mode. That is, the safari window is its regular size and the Windows "window" is also able to take advantage of the entire screen. If I click on the windows app, safari disappears. When I move the cursor to the hot corner I can again select safari without losing the view of my windows app. Much easier and better than using the control-option keys to go back and forth between the full screen and regular screen.
