External DNS name for HTML5 gateway

    Hi,
    I just recently installed RAS 17.1 and HTML5 gateway does work if I access the page via external IP address, so I'm trying to configure external DNS name for HTML5 gateway.
    I see that in Gateways Properties page I have a tab called 'Web' where the default URL can be overridden, tried to do that, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me, I'm getting a browser error: "Connection timed out"
    Is there any other option needs to be configured, so HTML5 will work by DNS name

    you need to make a dns record on your dns server
