Extreme Frustration At Non-existent Customer Service

    Hello,

    I don't know where else to turn. In February 2007, I purchased Parallels and was charged on my credit card, for which I still have the statement as evidence. However, I was never sent an activation key. I have tried valiantly to get help from Parallels on these forums and via e-mail to their sales department but have never received a single human response or acknowledgment. Is it fraud when you accept someone's money and then refuse to deliver the agreed product? After purchasing Parallels months ago, all I am left with is an expired trial version and, as a self-employed professional, am losing income daily from my inability to accept work that requires Windows. Based on my experience, buy Parallels only if you understand that you are on your own: you will never, never receive customer service of any kind.

    You could use bootcamp until the issue is resolved.
