Eyedropper Tool to Select Color Codes from Screen

A nice tool for the artists, web designers, and coders among us would be an eyedropper tool that allows you to click a pixel on the screen to get the color code in a selected preference of RGB, HEX, CMYK, etc...

This would be like eye droppers in applications such as Photoshop, but would not require saving an image and opening it in those apps to get the color code when writing code or other tasks outside of an art application.

Key Features:
-Option to select in color code preference (RGB, HEX, CMYK, etc...)
-Ability to change the size of the eyedropper to get either a single pixel or the average color of an area
-Using the eyedropper tool places the color in the desired format in the clipboard for pasting
