Hello all! I am trying to intstall Jaksta Media Recorder on Windows Parallel using my Mac. For those of you are not familiar with Jaksta Media Recorder, it is a software used to capture media content (audio and video) from sites like youtube, hulu, etc. (https://www.jaksta.com/)
My problem is when I install on Parallels, it's alway unsuccessful. I tried rebooting and even downloading the latest npcap software from their website but to no avail. What should I be doing? Is there a way around this? Image attached
