Failed to open "#104" Desktop for User

    When checking a logging file, I have two users that cannot open their virtual desktop. I have tried deleting and re-creating the user but they both see an error message that the 'The remote computer is already in use by another user". No other users are on the virtual desktop. The Failed to open "#104" Desktop for User is from a log file. I have restarted our Parallels server to see if it clears, no luck. It seems that the client thinks a user is connected, yet there is none.
    Anyone have any experience with this type of error. We are on Version 16.5.0 build 20278
