failed to print (0xFFFFFFFF)

Hello ,
i am a new user of 2x , when ever a user with a 2x client tries to print within 2x the following message appears .
failed to print (0xFFFFFFFFF) .

What the strangest thing about this is , is the following.
when i visit the server where we have installed 2xVirtualPrinter i can see the jobs in the print queue.

can somebody help me ........

Hi there,

For this type of error, its much better to send a support request from the console and attach a screen shot of the error...

Hi Nixu ,
i think we have solved the problem.
We used TS without profiles , we gonna trie it with profiles , in combination with printing.

I will let you know if this is a workaround.

Hello it works fine now , except for the vista users they still get the error message mentioned earlier.

is there a possible workaround for vista ?
