False "This license key is already registered in a different account" Error Message

Hello,
My reference number is 553550659. I am unable to link my license key to my account because it appears to be linked to a different account, even though I am the only one managing the subscription. I need to link the license key to my account—could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

Hi there, I am facing the same issue. I received an email with the subscription automatic renewal a few days ago. My subscription is valid until 2027. I logged in into my account using the same email on which I received the notification but the option to manage subscription is not there.
I have the activation key and it is working fine as my licence is shown as active in the Parallels application.
However, when I try to register the key it says the key is registered for another account. Please help!!!! I need to manage my subscription to cancel it asap
