This is such an excellent page it should be cloned and edited for Parallels products and made a part of the FAQ, the KB, the README delivered with the product, and a sticky for these forums. And an on-line form as well:

Ignoring the Bugzilla/Apache specific elements this is just a very good way to help the engineers help you.
 
Very interesting and insightful...and all this time I thought we were supposed to demand that the doors of the company be padlocked at the first sign of a bug! lol
 
As in "The beatings will continue until morale improves"? I bet they'd get Aero going in Vista sooner if they were locked down. :D
