I open and work with several VM's at once, often opening them in different sequences (although this no longer works with RC3. I get Virtual Memory errors when I open a second VM with 1 GB assigned. 6 GB in my Mac).
A big time saver for me would be a separate window listing each VM, so that I can select immediately from the list, instead of using "File -> Open".
